If you order two products and more, you might receive items in the different time because they are shipped from the different warehouses.

All shipments require processing before shipping. Processing includes selecting the product, quality assurance checks and careful packaging for shipment. Shipment processing time is 3-5 business days, custom-made items take 10-30 business days.

We make every effort to get our items to you on time. Items that we have in stock will ship out within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. However other items may have a handling time of 10-30 business days if the item is custom & handmade. Please note that our shipping dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Occasionally issues arise that are beyond our control which requires longer production times. If this is the case, you will be notified promptly.

Please note that the free shipping time is 15 to 30 business days. Shipping time is only for estimated purposes and we do not guarantee the actual delivery time frame. What we can guarantee is the product quality, not logistic delivery time. If after 30 business days the package is not delivered, please contact us and we will investigate. After an investigated case is opened, please wait 15 business days for the result. If the tracking number shows delivered, then the package is deemed delivered. If the tracking shows not delivered, we will resend or provide a refund. The customer must wait 15 business days for the result.

Customers who like to receive the products at a certain time should purchase the shipping upgrade. Shipping upgrade can only be purchased when ordering the product, NOT after ordering the product.

If an item you order is back ordered, you will receive a notice of the expected date of delivery. If you do not want to wait until the due date, you may cancel the order and full refund will be credited back to your credit card.

If an item in your order is not in stock, we will notify you by e-mail of the expected delivery date. You will be given the options to wait for the item you ordered, substitute it with another product, or cancel your order at no cost to you.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. If the shipping address is not correct, you probably won't receive your order. In this situation, unfortunately, the seller cannot offer a refund or replacement. 

Once this order is submitted, the customer has 1 hr time to cancel the order. After 1 hr, the customer cannot change the size, remove items, or cancel the order. Please be sure to review everything carefully before purchasing. If you want to move recently, please use the new address when submitting your order.
